BEST SELLER! Aroma Sanctum Ambiance was originally a special seasonal perfume, but it has become so popular I have now made it a permanent part of the House Blends Collection! Backstory: for many years customers had remarked on the intriguing background aroma when coming into my retail shop in Salem MA, so on our 20th anniversary in business in 2016 I decided to create this iconic perfume which captures that unique" ambiance" . This magical scent is very complex, dark and earthy, with patchouli, musk, oakmoss, vanilla, sandalwood, frankincense, amber, jasmine, nag champa and many other incense notes- all the oils we blended with the most. One whiff will transport you to Salem in October! Alas the store is no longer there but you can revisit your memories by just wearing this wonderful scent. For the full nostalgia effect wear it while listening to Loreena McKennitt or Faun. :) This is a pretty complicated scent as is, but it will blend well with most of my other perfumes if you want to experiment. $50.00 for the .25 oz., $100.00 for the .50 oz.

A captivating scent like no other; light yet exotic! This is my second bottle that I have purchased - the first in was in 2016 when it was originated. Received many compliments. I tried Witchfire which is beautiful but Ambiance is captivating.

Evocative scent

Salem is one of my favourite places and I’ve been visiting Akuura’s shop since the mid 90’s and i have bought many fragrances from her but this one holds a special place in my heart. I moved to the UK in 1999 and would always visit Salem when back in Mass every couple of years and AromaSanctum was always a key stop. The shop always smells magical, warm, musky, sacred and is wholly evocative of Salem to me. I am so glad to be able to have the scent with me everywhere and I have had many compliments about how wonderful I smell. Will always have a bottle in my collection!
